Samsung offers customers a wide range of products from across our portfolio, with new categories of product being launched each year.
Samsung take pride in providing the best service we can to customers and offer our direct customers.
We have a dedicated team who can support customers throughout their purchase journey, answering pre-purchase questions and aiding in the setup and operation of their products throughout the lifetime of ownership.
We have at least one major offer every month, with mini-offers during the month. New product lines are constantly being added throughout the year and there is scope for launch exclusive offers.
How do you benefit from the Samsung program at Awin?
- Banners: Creative content updated in line with promotions and seasonal events
- Commission: earn up to 3% commission and 2% when a voucher code has been used - Samsung reserve the right to remove or alter commissions in the future for short periods of time.
- Voucher Codes: both generic and exclusive codes possible. Samsung reserves the right to offer certain voucher codes at a reduced commission level
- Transactions whereby a code not intended for the affiliate channel has been used will be paid out at 0% commission
- Use of Samsung's assets, logos, images and other collateral is provided under strict confidence and is not to be shared with any third parties, individuals outside your organisation or unauthorised individuals within your organisation(s)
Terms
Our PPC Policy:
- Although PPC affiliates are welcome to apply to the program, Samsung operates a closed PPC policy and any such approved affiliates would need to adhere to the following terms:
- Affiliates are requested to not direct traffic directly to any Samsung brand website
- No Samsung or associated brand terms can appear in your Display URL, Title or description. This includes upper and lower case terms
- Affiliates shall not purchase any domains that include any variation or misspell of the Samsung brand terms.
- Affiliates are not allowed to display their ads when Samsung or variations Samsung, including misspellings, are entered as search keywords. No brand bidding at all is allowed and where possible brand terms should be added as negative matches
- Unless permission has been given by Samsung, affiliates should avoid bidding on brand name + generic terms - this includes brand + voucher.
- Samsung reserves the right to suspend any affiliates from the programme immediately if they are found to be in breach of the above terms and conditions. If you are not sure about what you can and cannot do, please contact the program’s account manager prior to undertaking any activity.
Our Voucher Policy:
- Voucher Codes Affiliates are permitted to promote any generic coupons or promotional codes that are provided through the Awin affiliate program or otherwise available to the public.
- Transactions whereby a code not intended for the affiliate channel has been used will be paid out at 0% commission.
Other:
- Social Media Affiliates are permitted to promote Samsung through social media.
- Sub-network affiliates are permitted on the Samsung program however this must be disclosed to the Account Manager during application.
- Email Affiliates who wish to promote Samsung via email must have the permission of Samsung or the Account Manager before any such activity is conducted.
- Affiliates promoting Samsung offers must adhere to the copy provided in the weekly communications email sent out to all affiliates by the Samsung Awin affiliate team. This copy has been signed off by the Samsung legal team and must not be altered. Affiliates promoting incorrect or altered offers could be at risk of suspension or having commissions reversed.
- All booked tenancy/exposure placements require approval from the Samsung affiliate team prior to go live. Please submit a preview of the placement to inesa.soghoyan@awin.com and the team will be able to review and approve.
